Building Diagnostics, Inc. (BDI) Texas based engineering and consulting firm that has been serving clients since 1995. BDI is the Austin affiliate of Engineering Diagnostics, founded by David H. Nicastro, P.E., on August 2, 1994. Mr. Nicastro, the Chief Executive Officer of BDI, has authored numerous articles and books related to forensic and facilities engineering. Mr. Nicastro continues to practice engineering and educate clients and colleagues through frequent speaking engagements and guest lectures on topics such as forensic engineering and failure mechanism theory at universities.
The depth of experience in our staff of professionals includes formal training in architecture and engineering as well as hands-on construction experience. As a corporation, BDI has successfully performed consulting services for public, commercial, and institutional facilities.
